I have just had a wonderful ramble through the last month of Milkmoon, realizing I have not been here for a visit in so long. Your autumn asserts itself in typical by-the-sea fashion, while ours is hot like midsummer and the tomatoes are happy and blushing red. So many senses awaken while reading your posts, I, too feel like I have had your sand in my toes and your crackling campfires and little (but growing) boys' hands to hold. xoxo Rebecca
Thank you Rebecca! I know, I too have been a little absent over the summer. I've found it hard find the time to sit and do my rounds of my favourite blogs/bloggers. I hope the autumn makes it easier!
You know, it's strange, but my blog has had fewer hits and comments in the last week than any post I've done in about two years, and I think this may be my favourite picture that I've ever taken. In fact yours is the ONLY comment about it. I am mystified!
I love this photo. For me it's a little mysterious... but freed from certain context, my mind has more space to roam about it. Don't worry, I don't think the relatively sparse comments are reflective of the quality of your posts or photos... it's just a slow time I guess.
