What I See As I Pause.

Summer sallies forth, still away down the road a bit, yes, but in the distance we can see the dust she stirs up with her blowsy skirts and kicking heels. We await impatiently with bated breath.....

Wonderful photos, especially the one with all the kids!

I loved living in Ireland with a young family when I was an exchange student in my third year of university (Trinity College). It was 1968-69. I'm sure things have changed a lot since then!

So jealous. I always have my camera with me, but almost never am at a point where I can pull it out to take pictures. I'm always driving somewhere or shepherding two children and just can't get the shot.

Oh yes! It's trying very hard here as well....but alas! the sun was out all day today and my cheeks are rosey from a cold, bright day in the garden...lovely image of the kids and the Irish Sea!

Some of my most cherished memories involve standing on an Irish beach, listening to the waves, finding shells with my boys. Visiting your blog brings it all back. Now I have a grandchild and the possibilty of returning to those magical places. Enjoy, cherish, you are one lucky lady. x
