It's been a busy week.
The excitement is mounting.
Santa's been sending messages.
Snow has been forecast, and the flurries have been tentatively drifting down.
Here's to a wonderful, wintery weekend.
We have plans aplenty, and normal blogging shall resume.
Keep warm!

Happy holly days, Ciara. {nancy}
i really want to know what/who's at the door.....
besides that beautiful hearth wreath....
The cat, Elaine. We had a full house this morning and he had about eight kiddies tearing after him, squealing with delight at one point so I put him out.
And he sat on the doorstep. No doubt to tease them!
Beautiful pictures! Happy Winter. :)
You have a fabulous eye! Truly enjoy your photos. Thank you for sharing them.
Beautiful photo. This person looks great with these kids. They will have happy Christmas memories of her when they grow up I'm sure!
Thank you for sharing. You've captured the essence of Christmas and the childhood wonder that comes with it.
A lovely scene Ciara. Every good wish to you and yours.

Have an absolutely marvelous time my friend across the sea! I will keep my fingers crossed that you have your snow - there isn't even a chance of it here...

your photo evokes the sweetness of little ones in the simplest moments in a warm, cozy home ...i can feel the energy and love in your home....i can feel ireland...we're waiting for snow too.....and hoping for a white christmas!
Look at all that lovely sun streaming in. I love your weathered, painted look.
What a beautiful photo, have a Merry Xmas.
The photo is so evocative of waiting and wondering...
Always enjoy 'visiting' your family, Ciara.
(Is your book a young adult vampire romance novel, by the way? Just teasing...)
Have a wonderful Christmas!
I love your photo. So expectant of wonderful things to come!
Stay warm yourself!
Lovely photo. Looking forward to seeing you all over Christmas.
Beautiful pictures, glad you found your cheer - children do help - Envy you the snow. Here in the South US if we see snow, we'd best catch it before it hits the ground and melts.
Happy Christmas.
