What We Lost.

What a day!

After a busy morning, the sun beckoned and we had to stop at the beach before we got home. I realised just how little we have been there over the last few months. Isn't that terrible? We have this literally on our doorstep (those trees  you can see are where our house is), yet this winter has been very much indoors. How did that happen?

It was so great to feel the wind and the sun and to have that sea air filling our lungs.

Bringing us back.

Returning us to wellness.

We are found again.

Now it's time to pick up my abandoned red thread again, and finish the next installment of that little journey.

Wow. I'd love to have that to stop at on my way home. The birthday boy looks like he is feeling well.

Hello Ciara

Its my first visit to your blog and I had to write how much I like it, you live in a truly beautiful place ~ Ive had the pleasure of working around Ireland quite a bit and it made me very nostalgic!

Lovely photos of all the kids. I miss the smell of the sea, the sound of the foghorn on misty mornings and the call of the gulls. I can hear the tinkle of stones on your beach as I look at those photos.
