One For The Birds.

The birds are returning.
In front of our house is the sea, and behind our house is a bird marsh. The last couple of days I have woken up to the welcome joyous cacophony of mad little birds singing their tiny hearts out. They are so happy. It fills my heart!
It's amazing, the minute we hit February, by the day they are returning. We do get a few all throughout the winter but then once spring comes all hell breaks loose. In a good way.
I know other places have more colourful, more exotic birds, but we love our little mostly-brown-friends.
