A Short Note Of Apology.

This is the kind of weather we've been having.
Every day.

And since I took these photos I have been laid up with my back.
So this is me checking in.
And apologising for my absence, both here and on your blogs.
I miss you all!

These were taken on the same beach as the stormy ones a few posts below,
a beautiful cold, sunny morning as I waited to see the Osteopath and I thought I was better.
But unfortunately I've been struck down again!

I promise to be back as soon as I can.

  15. I hope that you're better soon. We all see an osteopath regularly and find it immensely helpful. Maybe you need a few more visits?

  20. Hope you feel better soon.

Don't drive for an hour, at least half an hour after your osteo appointment (advice from mine!) and get some excercises to strengthen your back and front (to keep the balance)

  31. I'm so sorry you are having back problems! I REALLY FEEL FOR YOU. From one who has had them since I was a teen and broke my back, I toss out onto the table a few things that might SOMEHOW help... 1. Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate)soak: as long as you have someone to help you safely into and out of the tub.Use a lot-several cups. It pulls out toxins and zaps them before they reabsorb. Magnesium (or Calcium Magnesium) supplement can be similarly helpful. Here is a link to foods that are high in Magnesium... http://www.mgwater.com/rod09.shtml 2. Spring Allergies - seem to go hand in hand with my back problems (though it took me a while to connect the two) Even if not reacting typically to the new airborne things spring brings, (I don't)could this be the case for you in your body? Would it be worth it to try histamine blocker (like Benedryl) or extra vitamin C (antioxidant and natural antihistamine) and/or calcium (relaxes muscles when the body is deficient at all in calcium, can help neutralize acid...work well together)

Just desperately trying to share and help... Hoping you're on the mend and feeling better.

    xo
