Esti, that photo was taken on one of my favourite local roads, between our village and the next. I don't know what it is about the landscape on this particular road but it grabs my attention every time. I think it's the trees. And about half a mile behind that row of trees is the sea!
Andrew, I have about five Blurb books in the making! Time!Time!Time!
Wow. These are just beautiful. There has not been much loveliness in my neck of the woods, all our snow and lovely cold weather has gone, leaving anly soggy grass and windy rain in its place. Here's hoping for a White Christmas!
Hi Ciara, I haven't looked at your blog in ages, your pictures are so atmospheric, they remind me of my own childhood, even though I didn't grow up in the country. Kerry holidays and being outside all the time! Just to let you know, we'll be doing the market in Dun Laoighre next sunday not Marlay on Saturday, don't worry if you can't make it but you expressed an interest so I thought I'd better let you know! Otherwise have a gorgeous christmas and I look forward to seeing more photos!
What beautifully photos! I never seem to have my camera with me when the light magically , momentarily, transforms the landscape into something quite otherwordly.
You, my dear readers, are the reason I blog, and there's nothing I love more than to see your comments pop into my inbox. Thank you! (Comment moderation enabled here due to excess amount of spam comments)
Beautiful pictures as ever. So lovely as I can just imagine the chill in the air outside, and the cosiness of your home.
