I hop...Oh, I must ask, do you steel feel the same? I hope so! When I first read this I was a little overcome by feelings about my own home! I struggle between acceptance and irritation, to say the least...(with clutter). We've been working on a clear out these past few days-- TOGETHER for once, instead of just me. Talk about liberating! Maybe this will allow us to move into those bigger projects without (or with less) fear!

Thanks for the inspiration! Hope it's going smoothly!

CirceMelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14419796338370322835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7767677079319000342.post-26988919968330863952009-07-02T14:59:47.733+01:002009-07-02T14:59:47.733+01:00You have a beautiful blog--I forget how I came acr...You have a beautiful blog--I forget how I came across it. Thanks for sharing.

Having work done on a house is a loud and messy process (we just redid our bathroom and decks), but the end result is wonderful. Hang in there!

Now if only it would stop raining so we could sit on the new deck!

Alison
Cape Cod, MA, USAAlisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09030113962695526701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7767677079319000342.post-2550071392717201692009-07-02T14:16:53.195+01:002009-07-02T14:16:53.195+01:00Can't wait to see it when it's finished! Can't wait to see it when it's finished!Chris Judgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16542032348269400522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7767677079319000342.post-71873333198234902432009-07-02T11:01:56.732+01:002009-07-02T11:01:56.732+01:00I'm a tidy person. After having 6 children I've had to let go a bit but I understand your sense of freedom at the moment! It's like there's no point in tidying up because you know it's going to get MUCH WORSE soon! Hehe...enjoy the freedom, if you're anything like me you'll look forward to it being all over so you can start afresh. :o)Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17593348601123003194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7767677079319000342.post-30171003393399297692009-07-02T08:54:08.074+01:002009-07-02T08:54:08.074+01:00I have to admit to being quite uptight about my pa...I have to admit to being quite uptight about my pad, and liking it to be tidy. I kind of wish I had been able to have lots of children so that it could be knocked out of me a bit - heheh. It's such a good feeling to have that sense of liberation in chaos, (rare for me). To just go with it and surrender.

Good luck with it all!Antoinettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10279365115311331326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7767677079319000342.post-84073792057548647242009-07-02T08:00:10.039+01:002009-07-02T08:00:10.039+01:00I remember the chaos of having work done in the ho...I remember the chaos of having work done in the house. Ours stated this time 2 years ago, but it was so wet...... I remember the foundations being full of water.....I also recal Saul scaling the scaffolding one morning when I turned away. He was only one and a half! We had a month of no running water, with no sink, washing macine or work surface. All a distant memory now..... See you tomorrow!Annahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10169585678836430515noreply@blogger.com
